HMS1500 High-Output Servo Production Line

HMASA introduces the HMS1500 Fully Automatic Servo Circulation Production Line, a high-output production system developed for established block manufacturers, capacity expansion projects, and large-scale concrete product plants.

For block manufacturers facing growing orders, higher labor costs, and increasing requirements for product consistency, simply replacing an old machine with a larger one is no longer enough. What matters is whether batching, feeding, molding, pallet handling, curing transfer, and circulation can operate together as one coordinated production system.

This is the production philosophy behind the HMS1500.

German Engineering Experience Behind HMS1500

One of the key strengths behind the HMS1500 project is its engineering background.

Mechanical engineers with previous working experience at HESS GROUP in Germany participated in the design, manufacturing, and production development of the HMS1500 system. Combined with German servo technology and HMASA's manufacturing capabilities, the machine was developed around the requirements of high-output industrial block production: precision, stability, continuous operation, and system-level automation.

Rather than pursuing speed alone, HMS1500 is designed to maintain stable molding performance during long production runs—because for a large block plant, profitable production depends not only on how fast a machine can cycle, but on how consistently the entire plant can keep running.

1500-Class Servo Forming for High-Output Production

At the center of the line is the HMS1500 heavy-duty servo block machine, developed for continuous high-load production.

Its servo vibration system precisely controls the compaction process, helping achieve faster molding cycles while maintaining consistent block density and forming quality. A reinforced heavy-duty structure, together with industrial-grade drive and hydraulic components, provides the stability required for long-term production.

Depending on product type and production conditions, the HMS1500 operates with molding cycles of approximately 12–15 seconds. For 400 × 200 × 200 mm hollow blocks, production can reach approximately 21,600 pieces per 8-hour shift, while 200 × 100 × 60 mm paving products can reach approximately 77,760 pieces per shift.

Actual output varies according to materials, molds, product specifications, production settings, and line configuration.

But the real value of HMS1500 is not simply a higher number of blocks per cycle.

It is the ability to turn high forming capacity into stable daily output.

More Than a Block Machine — A Complete Circulation System

A high-capacity main machine cannot deliver its full potential if upstream and downstream equipment cannot keep pace.

For this reason, HMS1500 is engineered as the forming center of a fully automatic circulation production system.

According to the customer's plant conditions and production targets, HMASA can coordinate the batching, mixing, material feeding, molding, wet-product handling, elevator and lowerator systems, curing transfer, pallet handling, and circulation process around one production rhythm.

The objective is simple:

Reduce waiting between processes. Reduce manual handling. Keep the production line moving.

This whole-plant approach is especially important for customers upgrading from semi-automatic production, where the main machine may frequently wait for material, pallets, operators, or downstream handling.

With HMS1500, automation is designed around the productivity of the entire factory—not just the speed of one machine.

Intelligent Control for Predictable Production

The HMS1500 production system integrates Siemens PLC intelligent control, allowing key production processes to operate according to repeatable parameters and synchronized sequences.

Together with servo vibration, industrial motors, hydraulic control, and automated handling equipment, the control system helps reduce dependence on operator experience and maintain more consistent production between shifts.

For large-scale producers, this means easier production management, more predictable output, and greater confidence when planning delivery schedules for large orders.

Engineered Around the Factory — Not the Other Way Around

Every block plant is different.

Product types, raw materials, available floor space, curing methods, labor costs, pallet quantities, and future expansion plans all affect how a production system should be configured.

That is why HMASA does not treat the HMS1500 as a fixed standard package.

The production line can be engineered around the customer's real factory conditions—from production layout and handling routes to automation level and future capacity expansion.

For manufacturers moving from regional supply to large-volume commercial production, this flexibility means investment can be focused where it creates the greatest production value.

Built to Produce More — and Earn More

The HMS1500 represents the direction of HMASA's high-end block production technology:

German engineering experience.

High-output servo forming.

Heavy-duty industrial construction.

Intelligent automation.

Complete circulation handling.

For established block manufacturers and large-scale building material projects, these technologies serve one commercial objective:

higher daily output, lower cost per block, more reliable delivery, and greater production profit.

The HMS1500 is not simply designed to make blocks faster.

It is designed to build a more profitable block production system.
